Opera del Sol Presents Opera Wars & invites audiences to venture where no opera has gone before. Set in outer space, Opera Wars is an intergalactic adventure of love and war set to some of opera’s most treasured compositions. Step aboard the I.S.S. del Sol, as Space Cruise Director, Leyla Lawrence welcomes one and all to our Pre Launch Experience, where audiences will have the opportunity to iteract with the Space Crew and enjoy some of the amazingly talented performers aboard the I.S.S. del Sol. In partnership with 'Farm & Haus', we invite you to eat, drink, and prepare to blast off with the next great chapter in the performing arts. Opera del Sol Presents Opera Wars! The OPERA WARS experience consists of a 15 minute pre-show that begins at the advertised performance time and is followed by the main performance which runs 75 minutes. The doors for the event open one hour before the ticketed show time.
If you chose to have dinner with us, Farm & Haus will be serving it family/buffet style beginning a half hour before the ticketed start time. The dining tables will be in a seperate section than the general admission area. Don't worry about finishing your dinner before the start of the show as your tables are onboard the I.S.S. del Sol and you will seated in an immersive musical dinner party experience.
Parking Information: Valet parking will be available at The Abbey. There is also a garage on Eola and Central as well as street parking. We recommend giving yourself at least 30 minutes to make sure you find parking if you decide not to use the valet.
